Hi folks, I've been trying for months to figure out why my store has such a high rate of failed transactions/deliveries from the Marketplace. Less than half the number of orders we receive are actually going through. In almost every case the customer is not billed and the item is never sent. I have a different avatar with a shop also on the Marketplace, and that one works fine the vast majority of the time. I'm eager to hear any suggestions for what might be common problems with repeatedly failing Magic Box transactions. Any clues? Thanks in advance, Raining
