  1. We are starting the fall season today at 1PM SLT!

    Date: July 5th
    Time: 1 PM SLT
    Place: Heart of Dragons

    The winner gets a trophy and a place in the season final.

    We will have one finalist from every monthly round. Together with the 2 best players who didn't win a round, they will meet in a season final (December 20th).

    =============================================================

    We have limit of 16 players each round, but you can sign up NOW if you want to be sure to play! First come - first roll!

    ❥ The tournament is held every month on the 1st Sunday, at 1 PM SLT.
    ❥ The entry fee is L$100, and winner takes all - and also receives a trophy.
    ❥ The tournament is based on 3 qualifying rounds. And the 4 best players in total meets for a final game.

    We have 4 Can't Stop tables for you to use. Teleporter with CS logo will take you to them!

  2. I guess we play games in SL for the same reasons we like to play games in RL?

    I have always loved to play games - and I was happy to see that there are loads of possibilities to play in SL too. Sometimes games are an intellectual challenge - outwitting your opponents or solving puzzles. Other times I play games because of the social interaction. (My favourite games are usually those that combine the two.)

    Why do YOU play games? And which games fulfill your objectives?

  3. Robo Rally!

    It is my favourite board game in RL and would be really fun as an in-world game. In SL it could be played not as a board game, but players could be their own markers (i.e. robots) and that would be added fun to what from the beginning is a great game.

  4. I have an object giver which gives a no modify/no transfer object. I want to be able to give this object giver to others, but prevent them from redistributing the object giver itself. If I set the object giver to no transfer, it will not give the gift (and turns the gift into no transfer). I am not able to figure this out.

    Is there a combination of permissions I am overlooking? Or are there scripts that can solve this problem?
