[I'm thinking of getting a Premium Account for a friend ...]

I am going to upgrade to a Premium Account next month, and I would like to buy one for a friend on SL.

My question is can I buy a Premium Account (aside from mine) as a gift for my friend, and if so, will he have access to all of the perks the Premium Account has?
