[looking for a fitted mesh set of open collar with arm and ankle cuffs]

[looking for a fitted mesh set of open collar with arm and ankle cuffs]

Does anyone know where I can get a mesh set of open collar gear?   Something that would just fit?     I would like the collar, arm cuffs and leg cuffs.   Preferable something with nice looking leather or metal cuffs and collar.
