Paul and I have tested it and confirmed this as well. Here is what we saw:

 

Redelivery of an item that is a Direct Delivery item... results in the product going to the purchaser INSTEAD of the gift recipient.

 

Redelivery of an item that is still in a Marketplace Box ... delivers as normal to the gift recipient.

 

Are you guys seeing the same thing?  Voted for the Jira.

 

 

 

 

[[Maya] Mesh clothing Problem -> Mesh all bunched up]

Check to make sure that if you resized the mesh or the skeleton.. that you did freeze transformations.  If you don't do that.. the two are in different ratios.  That is what happened to me and my mesh looked crazy.

I don't know if this will work.. but I think it might help. (I'm in Maya 2012)

 

Go to Window<Gerneral Editors<Component Editor

Then find the tab for smooth skin - Click on that.

 

Should show all the joints/bones by name..  you can set the weighting by hand here.. 0 is none, 1 is full or 100% or you can do something in between.
