1. Seller agrees to pay the $100 USD fee to Linden Labs for transfer of ownership, sim renaming and relocation on grid. This is a compulsory fee imposed by Linden Labs when transfering a sim.

2. Purchasers must be a Second Life member

3. You will have full right to all sim functions upon sale I am not looking to rent the sim but sell it and full ownership rights.
