Come join the beautiful mainland community that is Corsica South Coasters. It's all about nature, art and music here.
The Birch Cottage a small, cosy hideaway with lots of (Birch) trees around it. A foresty part at CK's Corner. Adjacent you will find the beautiful Butterfly Conservatory. Aside from a few other private homes, all of CK's Corner and the rest of Corsica South Coasters is open to the public.
You will have 100 prims to play with for L$150 a week. The cottage comes furnished and you can discuss what you'd like to keep or rather have removed.
Landlady is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.Landowners on 7 regions have worked together to make a connected and beautiful part of mainland for you to explore and enjoy. You can explore on foot, on horseback, by bike or car. Both the corsica linden road and the linden waters are accessible through community land. You can sail to the Blake Sea from here.

The house has two rooms, two roof gardens, great views and comes unfurnished. The region is moderate but a private skybox can be an option for adult needs.

Located on Corsica, you can find this lovely cottage in the heart of the CSC Community. The Corsica Tourist Center and Tea Garden, which has live music every two weeks, is on the doorstep, as well as the Donkey Shelter and Orchard. Access to linden water and the road, with rez zones available. The community is focused on beautiful landscapes, art, music and leisure. There are many galleries in the area and the community is known for being a great place to explore on horseback or go hiking. The cottage is furnished but the renter can decide what to keep and what needs to go.

You can be part of the Corsica South Coasters, which is a mainland community that shares a love of creativity, art, music, leisure and beautiful surroundings. This parcel and home are on the edge of a cliff overlooking the seas but also in the heart of the community, across the field from the tea garden where there is live music bi weekly. The community covers a large area with several owners working together to make a great and beautiful environment with lots of events happening. You can ride horses, sail your boat, drive your car, take a hot air balloon or a glider, go for a hike, participate in game nights, fishing events, listen to (live) music and DJs and see a lot of art as there is an art trail as well as several galleries and art installations all around the community.

The Treehouse sits on the Monte Corse mountainside and has great views of the beautiful areas of Corsica South Coasters community. There are hiking paths on the mountain and lots to explore. Aside from a few other private homes, all of CK's Corner and the rest of Corsica South Coasters is open to the public.
There are a few eyesores further away but those can easily be dealt with by blacklisting them (ask CK for help if you don't know how).
