[How do I make the blinds in my linden home work, since they are not on the control panel?]

I have a Cypress linden home.  The control panel will toggle the door lock and the fireplace, but there is nothing regarding the blinds in the house.  I know this type of house has blinds because other similar houses around me have blinds.  So how do I get them to work? :)
