[In fighting brain cancer in RL, I have forgotten two of my avi's passwords, I get no email to help]

I am recently struggling with brain cancer in RL. and have forgotten passwords for two of my avitars.

Nicolina Darbyshire and Xandria  Lavender, I have tried the forgot password option at SL login, but recieve

no emails to reset passwords. What can I do to retrieve these two accounts?

My checking account that I authorized for SL Linden purchases, was charged $126.00 on 10.10.2012.

I made no such purchase and have proof in my Acccount History.
