Hello. Thank you for your interest. I was never into selling parcel rights. I do only rent them out. My policy, which offers a 1024m - 351 prims, cost L$249 a week. And thats it. The tenant join a group and then they have all abilities SL gives for to enjoy their living inside that parcel!. No other members in the group makes it 101% Private. As for the fees that you dont want to pay, .. well, there is nothing in this life, neither in what we call a real one without fees... When we buy a prepaid mobile phone card, we arent having 400 minutes free as they call it. We did pay for those minutes.. Same as the premiumship.. Now if you want to take advantage of the money you paid for the subscription, then for sure you will need to go buy some 1024m parcel rights for to start using the rent you prepaid to LL. To do that, simply open the search menu into our beautiful world and browse tons of 1024m parcel rights for sale! I will not debate here who is cheaper; my 249 a week or the fees. I will let that to the math. I will only wish you to get exactly what you are looking for! And have fun and enjoy our second life! beethros Karas P.S. My policy provides for premium members a way to save a few bucks when they wish to rent a bigger parcel than the 1024m. For example, a parcel of 4096m - 1406 prims which cost 899 a week, can be lowered to 699 !
