How do you Rebake I was told to do that but I dont know how

 

[trying to get in SLGO I cant Remember email addy I used how do I find it???]

been  in world off and on since 2009.. to get into SL on My pc i use my avatar name  and password. i cant remember what email I put down for notifications and what not...  How do I find out?
