[re-opening an account]

had an account--CandirTiponi-- and it was closed a few months ago. I talked with SL help and after a bit said it was re-opened. I set a new password-- But i cant sign on, The name isnt there for me to click on-- what can i do----

I have same problem- was promised L1000 upon updating my account then getting a Linden home---yes i knew it would be empty-- sorry u didn't--rather i decorate-- but-- if u find out about L1000 would appreciate u leting me know-- it not right
