I know I only have 117 primps on my Linden house. Can I get more? Is there a way to use them better.

I visited one of my nabob's and he had 142 primps on his couch alone.

I gave up my linden house and picked a new one. I was sent to a land mark but no house. I put in to customer support two cases  #01077183 and #01077152. That was a week . Now what ? Please help.
