[SL is declining my purchases, cannot find out how to get support]

I keep trying to buy Lindens but I keep getting declined. However, I cannot find where I can get support as to why this is happening. Its via my paypal, as it has been for years.

Solution found after some googling, for anyone having this problem as well.

Well I have been hard at work today learning mesh, and everything was going GREAT... til I started trying to export collada. It seems it is going through the act of exporting but not creating a file on my computer. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Never used Collada format before.
