[Wanting to rent a Homestead]

Just saw your post and wanted to clarify, only the sim owner can upload raw files. You  could certainly have EM rights but that does not include up/downloading raws. That applies to both homesteads and full prim regions.

I also have a Full prim region for sale....Sursaut(Tier date is 14th). This is 94% occupied. Sale price is 250 which includes transfer fee

I also have 2 homestead  sims for sale: FYI, LL requires you own a full prim sim before buying homesteads

New Destinations Region: Tier date 24th (grandfathered sim)- 225 USD includes transfer fee. This sim is 100%occupied if you are looking for a sim for rentals. I believe most residents would stay.

Destination of Dreams Region: Tier date 20th - 225 USD includes transfer fee. This sim is 75%occupied if you are looking for a sim for rentals. I believe most residents would stay.

If you wanted both homestead sims 400 USD ...includes transfer fee.

If you wanted all 3 , Full prim + 2 homesteads - 600 USD includes transfer fees

If you dont want renters that is fine....In either case all remaining tier for the current renters would be refunded to them so the rentals/tier would be setup by you according to your pricing.
