Dunno about the relationship to sim reboots; however, i have been unable to use my merchant outbox for days....there is an item in it "initializing" that i cant send to marketplace, cant delete, cant add anything else to outbox. I have tried everything i could think of, everything i can find in the forums and help areas, and finally resorted to paying to re-become a premium member (something i dropped ages ago because i found it worthless) just so i could go to live chat and maybe get this fixed...i have now chatted twice with someone and basically been told "we can't do anything, it's packet loss on your end" which i think is total BS because i have run 4 different packet loss checkers, rebooted my modem, rebooted my router, rebooted my computer, tried the Sl viewer, tried the Sl market outbox viewer thing, tried Firestorm, upgraded all my drivers, prayed to the Almighty and offered up my first born son to anyone who can fix this thing...all to  no avail. I am thinking i will get more help if I find a voodoo doll and put Gov Linden's name on it. Anyone with any ideas on fixing this, let me know.

how do i delete or modify SKU numbers that are no longer valid? the item in question has been removed from the magic box, the magic box has been updated, the item has been unlisted and deleted from market place, but i still see the item and corresponding SKU number in quick fill.

it is a serious issue. i have picked up the magic box, deleted the old products, and everything i can think of. BUt in QuickFIll, all the old items still appear, making it very unusable. IF anyone has a suggestion let me know

Does anyone know if there is any way to get rid of duplicate SKU numbers and items that I have taken off marketplace? I removed some items and then redid my SKUs so that they made more sense to me, not realizing those items and SKU numbers would evidently appear forever in the quick fill.
