SLplugin.exe a threat? in Second Life Viewer Posted March 19, 2012 Your virus program will allow you to see details and release ir from vault / quarantine. You must do that if you want all SL / OpenSim functionality with that viewer. It is not a security risk but it does do stuff on its own on your behalf and that gets it categorized or detected as a threat.
