[as i asked earlier. i need a free viewer that works. sl doesnt. phoenix/firerstorm. help!]

I  have spent weeks trying to get answers.  i used phoenix.  great viewer. firestorm took over and it doesnt work anymore.  sl viewer doesnt work.  i  just want a viewer where i can hear sound and dont get crazy graphic problems.  i deleted all versions. tried to reload. still doesnt work.  i cant log on.  i have been on sl for many years.  not being able to log on is wrong.

sl viewer doeent work.  old phoenix was my fav by fierestorm has tons of glitches.  i see all kinds of graphic things that ruin the fun and make me crash.  is there a viewer where i can listien to music and not see crazy graphic mistakes?
