- Must be Reliable, Fun and Outgoing

- DJ's must have a mic and own stream

The other way is a bit of a cheat.  It's not a real tag at all but a line of floating text in a device called a titler.  You can get titlers cheap (free, usually) all over SL and on Marketplace, or you can make one with a simple script.
