[second life not working]

no still not working chrashes every time i try to log in about 1/10 of the loading bar it crashes started after i tried to download new vertion of the veiwer

when I try to load second life it opens the start page fine but when I click on login second life crashes and the crash reporter appears i have tried unistalling second life and reinstalling it but nothing happens
