My friend is unable to login to marketplace or the community to submit a ticket, regarding her login issues. Is there an email address she can contact someone on?
She is able to log inworld.

I want to save a pose from Anypose to my laptop. When I tried, my laptop errored and said I do not have a BVH app. Somehow I've pressed something and saved as an explorer file. Can someone help me?

OMG! Ayesha! You are a genius! Its fixed!! I WAS sailing on Saturday night, and forgot, the boat sank and we were stuck, I logged out and back in on a different sim, but he said my avi was still where he was! I just met my ghost!!

I have already chatted, and filed a ticket, and currently trying to find me lol!

How do they find my avatar dot?

When I appear online, but am actually offline, all messages go to email.
When I am really online, I'm missing 60-70% of messages, as they are going directly to email.
When I say ghosting, I have no visual presence inworld. I have mapping on for a few, and they are unable to locate me.
No issues logging in either.

I need some advise. Overnight last night I was showing as online, even though I logged out. When people sent messages, they did not get an offline message, and messages went to email. Now I'm logged on, and messages are still going to email.
I've been told to get the sim I logged out on restarted, which I did, but was not there, does this mean I need to my there, so I get logged out? Otherwise I have no idea what to do.
I do not have a login issue, I can log in no problem. Would a clean install help?

When I try and get there, I get a box saying it doesn't exist. I've been locked out for 3 days.
