[I can't delete items from my favorites]

Is this a grid-wide issue, or just me?

[I'm unable to log in using my avatar, but can log in using a family member's, from the same computer]

I'm unable to log in using my avatar, but can log in using a family member's, from the same computer, and using the same viewer.  Is there a resolution for this?  It doesn't happen everyday, but when it does, I freeze and have long crashes, at first, then comeback as a cloud, then can't log back on at all.  But can always log in family member's avies, which means it's not the computer.

[Since updating to the tatest version of Viewer 2, I can't log in at all. Old version link please?]

Does someone have a link to the older version, because each time I find one, it defaults to the latest version, which will not let me log in?
