I know this is a hard catch to get, but if anyone has a grand father sim and is thinking of getting rid of it, or not sure they can afford it anymore.. Please contact me in world (Dixxie Mint) I know we can not transfer grandfathered sims.. So I would have no problem paying the rent to the owner.
Also contact me if you only have a half or quarter or any size parcel on a grandfather sim with low rates.
I hope I can find one! I desperatly need an affordable full sim!

I am looking for someone to landscape/terraform my small parcel. I am looking for detail and someone with an eye for design! I am looking for someone who can create me a beautiful fall setting, but also make it easy for them to change it to winter when that season comes.
