    I am privately selling my personal home land which is connected to a rural land project, as I intend to move.
    It is 1/2 a Region, 32,768 square meters and 11,249 land capacity in total.
    It is split into three parcels:
    -- The Nature Valley, which is 22160 square meters with 7608 Land Capacity. (2599 used.)
    -- The Main Estate, which is 8608 square meters with 2955 Land Capacity (766 used - will be less once moved out.)
    -- The Secondary Estate, which is 2000 square meters with 686 Land Capacity. (Cannot calculate currently used until current tenant moves out.)

    I am willing to give a tour to any potential buyers to point out the Valley’s hidden locations, as there is many! :)

    Asking for L$42,768 for all three parcels, including landscaping. Willing to consider offers.
    Landscape asset objects can NOT be transferred with sale - instead, deeding the land to a group that I may join will allow my objects to remain.
    I am willing to assist the buyer through the process of setting up a land group if necessary.
    Road access is NOT direct - it is connected to the nearby rural land project, which DOES have road access and their own roads. They also have an airport and GTFO hubs.

    Non-Adult Items flagged as Adult in Marketplace?

    I've got items in the marketplace that do not show any genitalia/are not sexual in ANY way (EG: horse leg feathers, or PG avatar skins) and they are CONSTANTLY getting flagged as adult.

    I'm assuming I'm being griefed, because I honestly see no reason why these items should be getting flagged. Is there a list of keywords that are flagged automatically? I'm not using any sexual keywords that I know of, but things are getting flagged anyway.
