[4 days ago lost half inventory and all the favorite land marks on top of screen disappeared too]

my favorite land makrs on top screen gone and cant oopen any folders in outfits or clothing help half inventory gone what do i do

i tried pheonix and firestorm to log on with and it says error 2 help
