[Deploy Plan for the Week of 2020-08-31]

Experienced the same thing Aethelwine documented.  Happened again just today on a cruise from Blakes down to southern Sansara on three occasions.  Had to stop the boat, stand and resit, to correct.  Region crossings were good but this hit unexpectedly.
