Rental Agents

AviCrowd Properties has dozens of parcels and is expanding rapidly with new areas - both on mainland and Private Sims. To keep up with selling these rentals to the public, we are looking to hire some self-motivated and engaging people to seek out renters and show potential buyers around the properties based on their requests - and help them find a forever home on SL!

This position is commission-based, meaning that you get commission based on your rental sales - and is at your own pace, with no minimums or maximums to earnings. What you make is entirely up to you and the amount of time you put into the job!

General customer service is minimal in this role. You get the renters, You get commission, We handle Customer Service! Easy!

Realty experience preferred, but not necessary.

AviCrowd is looking for new staff members to seek other users on the Grid to join our rapidly growing community. Recruiters approach friends, businesses, club goers, and more to attempt to attract them to join us in connecting Second Life in new and exciting ways.

The 368 meter parcel you were renting was on a year-end or new year special, as stated in any of the listings posted with that parcel specifically. The special was for 4 weeks of rent, which explains why the rent was increased after your initial payment period.
