Your meshes are separate from each other, so they only have one material each, so they both have one face.

Sounds like you should join the meshes before export, and make sure to assign different materials to each.

I am trying to make a HUD for a bikini and 2 faces have the same face number (which is 0), how can I make the HUD distinguish them or how can I change the face number?
