A question came up today in a conversation and none of us knew the answer. When an account is banned by Linden Labs for breaking the TOS (ie *****), does the account get deleted?

The Tomorrow x Together tribute band, Loser Lover, is seeking someone to play the part of Soobin. Role includes performing in concerts, photo sessions with fans and other tribute artists, meet-and-greets, and socializing with fans on Discord. Applicants *must* be familiar with Discord as it is where most fan interaction happens. Compensation comes from concert tips. There is an avatar ready to use, or you can build your own.

I apologize if this has been answered - I don't have the patience to read through all 90+ pages of posts and I didn't see a way to search a thread.
About the required modesty layer for child avatars: are BOM layers enough since they rez at the same time as the system skin? Or does the skin itself have to have that layer as part of it?
