How do I report this case to someone who works in secondlife?

And seriously, not even an admin or any official SL person can disable that?

Is there really no way to remove that permission? And will it stay there forever?

I'm using the default secondlife avatar, and the official secondlife viewer logs in and if I'm close to that User, it starts doing the animations again. So I suspect the problem must be caused by that person and not something else.

I use Firestorm, I can go a couple of minutes to the original and official SL Viewer that does not contain RLV stuffs and still the animation does not stop running
