How do I use the dollar balance on the panel? I checked it and it really looks like it's there.

I always buy for the market buy! It's already on my card statement, i'll have to pay normally to the bank and i haven't received the lindens here in SL. I don't know what to do, i just have to wait for the answer to the ticket i opened. can i try to call there too, thanks

Unfortunately I bought 10k of lindens and didn't receive it. I opened a ticket, but still haven't got a response. When I went shopping on December 29th, I got an error. Has anyone else had this problem? Can someone from lindenlab help me? Thank you so much.
