I supposed that it was a problem by the FPS　So I restarted SIM

The problem has been resolved.

That Phenomenon happens only with my friend's SIM　hmmmmm.

It fireworks act normally in other SIM.  (not upside down).
As the fireworks are impossible of editing , I can’t look at a script.
Therefore I don't have any more information on that　sorry　X(

• The fireworks that only the land of my friend was set on the ground are launched to the direction under the ground.
  Why is it? I am in trouble very much.
