If you're willing to dig through your chat logs on your computer's local drive, you can find clues to their legacy name. In Firestorm, go to Preferences, then the Network & Files tab, and click on the Open button by "Conversation logs and transcripts location". A windows explorer box should pop up.
Your local directory should look something like this:
C:\Users\YourComputerName\AppData\Roaming\Firestorm_x64- 1

This. I hate it when it happens.
I've had better luck looking up the creator's profile to gather the most recent info for their inworld location.

@Princessist Try this quick start guide...
First: Wear the shape you like best for the eBody. Go into edit mode. On a piece of paper copy all the slider numbers under these tabs: Body, Torso, Legs. Exit out of edit mode without saving.
Secondly: Pick up a shape for the Genus head that appeals to you. You can find some on the Marketplace at various prices. Some samples, so many choices:

Thirdly: Pick a shape. Make a copy of it and rename it to something like "StoreProduct Shape - edited".Fourthly: Wear your chosen shape. Go into edit mode and plug in the slider numbers you copied from the paper into the respective boxes. Click save.
Hope this helps.

PS. Don't want to add more chatter to the other thread (yet), but . . . I liked your photo! Are the paintings your own?
Thanks! But I didn't do those paintings. Oh no, not at all. The paintings are at the Patrick Moya Museum:

Then it's not coffee coffee anymore. It's a coffee float, like a root beer float enjoyed on a lazy Sunday afternoon at the local ice cream parlor. Coffee is drunk when you need to wake up in the office on Monday morning.
And LMAO at the Americano.

On the whole, I agree. I think Sara's intentions were good: there's nothing wrong with creating a thread for people who prefer a different kind of experience, after all, and wanting just pics is "valid," if not my personal preference. But, yes . . . I find the thread sterile and uninviting, and the pics don't seem as "alive" to me, even though in many cases they are literally the same photos as on the other thread.
I also do know at least two people who stopped posting their photos because they were tired of being "policed" and scolded for "talking too much."
I don't see any of this as a real problem, to be honest. If you like chat with your pics, you have the older thread. If you don't, there's the newer one. Choice is almost always a good thing, no?
What a shame that those two people who felt they were chased off.
Choice is a good thing, yes I agree. That is the beauty of freedom.

I think it's true that the chat on that particular channel has gone a bit overboard, and is overwhelming the pics somewhat.
On the other hand . . . personally, I really find it lovely that everyone in that thread is so incredibly supportive of each other; it's its own little community. And I like hearing the voices behind the avis -- they're not just mute, impersonal "pretty pictures" when people can talk about them.
And of course, there is another vanity thread, created a year and a half ago by Sara, where commentary is quasi-officially "banned," and there is very little chat. It's still a going concern, at 106 pages. No, it's not as popular as the first thread -- but that surely highlights the fact that most people want chat and engagement and interaction?
There is a middle ground here, obviously, that balances the photos with the chatter. I think we'll reach some sort of equilibrium again: these things are often cyclical.
I never minded the conversations in the picture thread. This is a forum where people communicate and interact after all.
The Sara thread left me with a very bad impression when I first looked at it. The tone of the OP seemed very "b*tchy", domineering, icy, and generally not nice. The no-chatter rule? Like we're not allowed to talk to each other? Ridiculous!
And that's why I went with the other thread. I feel it's much nicer there.

Sadly, yes. One day, if we're very very good, Santa will bring us mesh with . . . whatever mesh needs to be with to swoosh.
In the meantime, though, you DO look very good. Even if you aren't swooshing.
We can hope for the day.
Thank you for the compliments.

It's a great looking dress -- and I like the look of leggings and work boots with it.
But you're going to miss the swoosh of the flexi. I know I do.
*sad face*
Thank you. I miss the fun flexi swoosh already. So basically my choices are either holding on to the frame rate killing flexi or go for the more ARC efficient mesh and not looking like a jellydoll to everyone. I guess that's the trade off.
Slowly getting with the times.

I've found a new mesh equivalent to replace the old flexi dress I had.
