Basically, the covenant has 0 limitations exceptions made for underage stuff and building sky structures below 600 meters.

What i need it for is to try and open a public spot and the price for that parcel size is too huge to maintain without help.

[Legacy Meshbody bump maps.]

So i have the Legacy meshbody and got some "tattoos" i wanted but apparently, i had to manually apply the bump maps to my body via the advanced material hud which i found out, DIDN'T work for legacy 1.3

I poked the tattoo maker about it and they were nice enough to refund my purchase, then literally 5 minutes later, Legacy updated to 1.4 which now SUPPORTS bump maps on layer 1

I still have the folder with the maps and all but i've had this issue with the ctrl+drag thing, either it's me doing it wrong, the hud doesn't work or the textures don't cause they've been refunded.

Am i an idiot and am screwing up a simple ctrl+drag?
Is it because the tattoos were refunded and now i gotta buy them again?
Is it the hud that somehow doesn't realize i am dropping textures in it?
