[Alternative/rock/metal clubs?]

The Jigoku Room in Kiyori is located on an adult region, but it is a unique little bar that plays Japanese Rock on the music stream 24/7, the region does have some NSFW parts, but this bar itself is not necessarily explicit.

Although its not a full music club, it may be something to look into. Hope this helps 😄
