[Are there grid-wide problems with the prim counters on rental homes?]

Here is my issue:  I am allowed 150 prims on my rental.  I was at 148.  I removed quantity 3, 4 prim objects. I rezzed quantity 3, 1 prim objects.  My counter then said I was at 149 prims.  ??????? 0.o  It started happening last month.  I would add a 3 prim object and the counter said I added 6.  BUT when I removed a 2 prim object, it said I only removed 1 prim.  ???????  My friend who rents in another region has had the same problem.
