Okay I figured it out finale. In order to dress your prim baby you must have the armoire aka the closet. This is the same for Funsies and Zooby. The instructions come when you buy the armoire.

I have a Funsie baby and when I gave her her first bath her sleeper disapeared and not only can I not find it in inventory, I am unable to dress her in any of the clothes I baught. Most of them from funsie. How do i get my naked baby dressed.
