    I recently bought a 27,264 sqm plot and somehow I did not see that someone owns a 64sqm in the direct middle of it. I tried to contact the guy asking if he'd sale however, he hasn't been on in over a year (Per a group he is in). Is there anyway around getting that small piece?? I wish I would have seen before buying.

    Hello everyone, I'm currently looking for someone to help co run a Modern RP sim, I will give full details in a PM in world or discord and we can discuss details!! I'm a bit busy in Real Life working all the time so needing the extra hands in getting things in order. Prefer someone with experience in RP sims and has some items we can use (Houses, roads, etc)  This would be a NON  paid job however you will get half of anything made on sim.     Have you ever wanted run your own RP sim but always had issues keeping up with tier? Well look no further! We're looking for an experienced team member to help put our RP sim together.     Hey everyone, 
     I'm sure you're wondering what this is about? Well, I'm looking for someone who is active, and motivated to help run, decorate, and give some ideas with an upcoming Modern day Roleplay sim! If you have experiencing along with some sky rise buildings, apartments, and such for a roleplay sim that is a bonus otherwise no biggy I will get what we need! You will NOT be getting paid right away as you will become a Co-Owner of the sim. I will 100% pay the sim fees, and such! I'm just looking for some creative and motivated people to form a team to help move the process faster! You WILL however get paid once we open and we will discuss this as needed! I'm mainly looking for someone who can help get a Modern Roleplay sim up and running and loves doing this type of stuff! Not someone just doing it for a buck. If you're interested please contact me.
