[pivot point]

Good evening to all !!!!! i need some help, how to change pivot point from center  to on other point  ( I use 3ds max ) just need to animate 1 door

Hellow all ii have a problem with my textures in a mesh they do not appear as it is i 3ds max  I'll attach below  2 fotos if anyone can help me ... thanks
