[new update of black dragon crashes]

everytime i try to open black dragon it just keeps crashes please help.

For some reason since ive updated my ao wont let me load stuff into it an when it does it kicks it right back out after a few seconds is anyone else having this issue? anyone know how this can be fixed

i tried selecting a few an it still wouldnt empty trash it only seems to work when i select purge item .

im using firestorm is purging the same as deleting that seems to be working ?

im trying to clean my inventory from unwanted things but for some reason my trash will not delete permanently when i try to do it it does'nt do anything.
