Something that might be good for LL to look at and use to define the modesty coverage rules for child and teen avatars, it should be clearly defined liked IMVU does so that it cannot be questioned at all.

This would be an excellent graphic for them to provide, as suggested minimum coverage. Honestly they could do well to provide something like this for all avatars, so we can have solid visual guides for regions that enforce dress codes.

Is the creator of Tweenster on Second life still? if they aren't then it might be banned, since it won't get an update. Also, love your avatar if that's your avatar in your pfp.

From what I read in various places, they are not on SL anymore or are sporadically active. Also, yes that is my avi, thank you! ♥

This is my concern. I use the Tweenster avatar. I'm a boy but the avatar is female based. At my age it doesn't really matter as there are no differences anyway, but as a boy will I need a chest modesty layer?

I think unfortunately, tweenster is one of the kid mesh bodies likely to be ousted from the grid altogether from the convo i have seen on facebook about it unless they update. I think your best bet is youth or tweeneedoo for alternatives to swap to. but at least for skins, they need to explain what they expect from skin creators before just demanding people make a major change like that in like what, less than 2mo?

  4. They haven't even clearly defined their expectation of modesty. Everyone's is different, as is very obvious by the clothing trends on SL... some clarity on this would be excellent. As far as I'm concerned in general, the crotch is the main issue for coverage on all bodies, and anything beyond that should probably be to the discretion of the user, like chest coverings so kid skins can still be mostly gender-universal. But they haven't necessarily defined their standard of modesty. Especially since most kid bodies use the SLUV, they could just be providing an item mapped to their expected minimum standard so we have a point of reference? Do they want basic sticker type coverings, underwear, shorts? What's the expectation before it also widely ruins existing products that aren't necessarily inappropriate, like some swimsuits?

Try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, try clearing your inventory cache.

If you don't know how too, or have tried and still get the same results, check this link -  https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/fs_cache_clear

Already tried both of those things. It's super frustrating, at this point I'm almost convinced its LL side and not mine, as I've tried multiple different viewers and different versions of Firestorm after clean installs. I've had other people sound off on having similar issues too...

  6. I have had this problem for weeks and for the life of me I cannot determine if it is on my end; LLs end or somewhere between.

At random times any combination of textures, objects, avatars, etc stop loading wherever I am. For example, yesterday I was trying on a hairstyle that offered a hair base. I applied the hair base, and took off my BOM one, but the textures didn't change. Refreshed textures multiple times; nothing. Relogged, I'm now a cloud. My viewer only rarely indicates a connection issue now, and even now shows green as I am typing this, yet I can't see my avatar. The rest of the world is fine aside from me. Earlier yesterday night, I could see myself and other avatars, but my house would not render. I have tried Firestorm (my normal viewer), Alchemy, and Black Dragon. I am running an ethernet connection, and my other games work fine with only occasional lag spikes for a few measly seconds, and not this constant refusal to load that SL seems to be doing. I'm lost at this point.
