I'm curious why you say it's illegal. Because it appears to be outside the fence? I suppose if that is a Mole built fence it would be but it's possible she actually put the fence there. It's hard to tell from a photograph.
I love the sign btw! @Kendryek. I was out exploring yesterday and ran across your home. It's lovely!
Thanks yeah the sign is on the parcel because the fence is all well within the parcel too. No free li linden fence around the parcel unfortunately.

Wow! That is incredibly impressive! What do you use for the garage building and whatnot?
It is the ROOST - York Vale Garage. I re textured using the linden provided textures for the brickwork and pavers for the driveway along with the linden fence the whole way round.

only when transferable, otherwise it can stay there as long you want, and use it, but likely limited menu use and no moving, mod and other possibilities other than delete/return to (previous) owner.
It's a great located parcel but keep in mind this region is G rated. ( and a giant concrete building right in front of your house, not showed on the pics)That is correct, i am happy to make the objects set to share so they can be moved if someone wanted to keem them there. Ownership of the actual objects would be still mine however you could move things or return them to suit your taste
Just let me know if you get the parcel and i'll set it all up for you.

Thanks for taking a look There are waterways on each side that are linden owned so no one can build directly next to the lot. One side is open water and the 3 others are just narrower waterways.
