It's hard to staff roleplay in SL. SL has far more buildings that need staff than people to staff them. There are many empty shops, empty hospitals, empty police stations, empty fire stations, empty railroad stations. A few of the roleplay sims have enough population density to have some action. Try to hook up with one of them.

(Is there a good list of active roleplay sims? Good project for someone into roleplay.)

My community is very popular and I already have 9 staff members but it's a big and brand new hospital so always looking for more!
