[Animating the Breast and Butt bones how?]

Hello so I'm trying to figure out how do some animators ..animate the butt and breast bones here on SL. I've seen different creators achieve this such as BIRTH or WARM. These animations usually consist of like a bounce or jiggle or maybe those breast slappers where you touch them and they bounce. How is this achieved?
