[When did you last see a Bellessarian home available?]

Ok I've got my new home and I'm in Thunderation and I'm happy. I don't actually want to be by the water so Im fine on a rural street.

Thank you so much! I've had my old home so long, that I would be sad to lose it for nothing. But it's definitely time to move on...

So if I give up my old house, can I actually get one of the new homes now? I've been loosely following and it looks like they're finally available more than they were?
