Well , as i said it's based on the comics, the sim don't need to use the name of the comics lol. By the way there is already a lot of sims that use some name from big compagny without any problem from many years now on. And when i say big it's really big! (star wars, naruto, tron, marvel etc...) But thank you for your concern! And if you ve checked Fansadox comics, it's kinda a web site where there is many many differents comics ^^ The world from one i'm talking about is like many Adult Sim with roleplay and slave but in a diferent world and rules^^ So no there is nothing against the TOS with this sim's idea.
