[Wanted: Assistance assembling/building a furry avatar]

I am looking for assistance creating an avatar in the likeness of this image here

I have a tentative budget of 50$ USD, but will pay more if you and I agree on a price. I am rather new to Second Life, so forgive me if I'm a little slow on understanding some things, but I want to learn how to create avatars for the future, and I feel like asking for some help putting this together would be a step in the right direction.
