[leave the linden home]

If i want to leave my linden home and instead i buy a 512 sqm land , i need to specify this somewhere , to not pay the tier ?

The controller of my linden home dosent work . The web page of the controller panel is not loading good , is allmoust empty  and it says :  There was an error in processing your selection or the house is not responding.
Please click again on the house control panel inworld or try again later.

How can i solve this ? thank you in advance for your help
