    Single floor single cabin house

    I am search of a single floor cabin house. It has to be single floor, I don't like stairs in SL. I don't want anything massive or out of control. I am going to put it on my homestead which has 1000 prims approximately. Budget is very flexible. I want something great looking and made more recently if possible. Any suggestions?

    Terraforming Help and Building Some Basic Items for My Home

    I am in need of some help terraforming my land and spicing it up some. I now have a home where I can edit the terrain and I have no idea what to do with it and I needed some help with some ideas I had. I have never done any of it, I have an idea and I know how to do some stuff in terms of terraforming, but I could use a vet's help with some stuff.

    I also need help creating a prim and then texture matching as close as I can.

    Here are my current system specs:

    Second Life viewer is Firestorm 6.0.2 (56680) Feb  9 2019 18:55:39 (64bit) (Firestorm-Releasex64) with Havok support.

    This is what Nvidia suggested when I just spoke to them:

    1. Open NVIDIA Control Panel --> Manage 3D settings.
    2. Go to Global Settings tab.
    3. In the setting window, change the 'Power Management Mode' to 'Prefer Maximum Performance'.
    4. Also check below settings too,

    •  Power management mode – prefer maximum performance
    • Ambient Occlusion – Off
    • Triple buffering – off
    • Threaded optimization - ON
    • Vertical Sync – Fast

    As for internet speed, I am on gigabit and am hardwired in. I got around 500 Mbps down to Tucson, AZ and about 200 up. I left the maximum bandwidth under Preferences / Network & Files / Connection to 1500 Kbps per group support's recommendation.

    I am not sure what I should be tweaking at this point to gain some FPS without sacrificing much. Right now I am sitting around 40 FPS just while on my empty land. What can you suggest for me at this point?

    Looking for more of an open-air type home

    I am looking for a home that more open-air but is still a home. By that I mean still a home, but something that doesn't have all roofs and walls. Maybe just a home with a lot more outdoor type areas. There could still be rooms inside and I do want that, I just want the option of having the ability to put stuff outside and that would be more of the focal point of the home. For an example, something like a deck, it is still connected to the home but outside. I would like it to still be part of the whole home itself, but just outdoors. I like homes like Trompe Loeil, any type IE: modern or rustic would do really, if I had a preference it may be modern. I do not want to go crazy with price either, given the size of my land below (plus prim availability). A requirement, also, is no stairs or elevator. Must be one floor or split level with no stairs or elevator.
     
    My land has 914 prims available and is 2304 m^2.
     
    I am thinking more of a single floor villa.

    Bondage and Other Kink Items

    I am looking for highend and nice bondage equipment/furniture. Specifically a stockade and other similar items. Anything very nice and that is generally used in bondage. I can do a lot of prices but I do not want to go crazy and do something like 10,000L+ or anything. Just reasonable but if it is nice (nice meaning good anims and functionality) I am willing to spend.

    I am also looking for a highend set up breast pumps. The idea is to put someone in the stock and then use the breast pumps on them while they are locked in to it.

    Anything else that is nice would be worth looking at too. So definitely a stock, breast pumps, anything else highend that would be standard in a bondage setup, and anything else unique or kinky I would be willing to look at. I am big into breeding women and bondage if that helps with the other items.

    Looking For A Specific Type of Romantic Small Home

    I am looking for a small home. I am single, I suck at decorating and I don't like doing it. I wanted something beautiful and magical, with lights. Now I know that is very subjective but just something... romantic. I was thinking of something with wood and lights.

    I've been looking through housing for probably close to an hour now and not even finding something remotely close to what I want. I feel like it is all ocean side housing or cottages or something modern.
