[Why can't I change my content rating?]

Hello,

I can't change my content rating. Basically it can be summed up in one pic

I ran two accounts side by side. Both accounts were created on the same day. I am 18+. 

Left side (my alt):

- No payment info on file

- Can select different access to content rating

 

Right side (my main): 

- Has payment info on file, even owns a store on Marketplace.

- Unable to select content rating (can't click on the tab and there's no dropdown box)

 

So my question is how can I change it so my main account can access M and A sims?

[Can the Maitreya mesh body fit with TMP feet?]

Maitreya body with 0 body fat (if it matters).

I have an issue with the Maitreya and Slink feet both being too big for an avatar my height, so I'm wondering if the feet pack from TMP will fit (not have a very distinct line when attached, a little is okay) with the Maitreya body. I can't seem to find demo for the feet pack so I can't try it on :(

I've checked out the ones from MOVE and they are really similar but it's not the one I want. this one doesn't move around a lot, and the feet just sorta stay in one place with the hips swaying
